Horatio Lovering

Horatio has lived in our borough for eight years and, in 2022, stood as the Conservative candidate in neighbouring Avonmore Ward. He currently runs the Director’s Office of a major institution in the Arts and Heritage sector. Previously, he worked for Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.

He is standing for safer streets, better services and lower local taxes, so that we can get Hammersmith and Fulham moving again. When he is not working or campaigning, Horatio enjoys running, and spending time in the borough visiting local pubs!

Elliott Mears

Elliott Mears

Elliott lives in the Brook Green area with his young family. A regular at Little Kickers, the playground and the farmer’s market, he knows what makes this community special — and what needs protecting. He cycles across the borough each day, seeing both its strengths and where it can be improved.

Elliott leads the Centre for Policy Studies think tank and is a former Director at The Spectator. He believes in Conservative values: hard work, enterprise, family and pride in our community.
